1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering with or purchasing through QUICKNEX, customers agree to the applicable Terms & Conditions and policies published on this website.
2. Account Information
Customers must provide accurate contact, account, billing and delivery information. Customers are responsible for maintaining the security of their account credentials, including passwords.
3. Product Information
QUICKNEX aims to provide accurate product descriptions, specifications, images, prices and availability. Minor appearance or colour differences may occur due to photography, screen display settings or acceptable manufacturing variations.
4. Pricing
Product prices, applicable discounts, taxes (GST), delivery charges and the final payable amount are displayed transparently on the checkout page before an order is placed.
5. Orders
An Order ID is generated when an order is successfully placed. QUICKNEX may cancel an order for legitimate reasons including — but not limited to:
- Product unavailable / out of stock
- Incorrect pricing caused by technical error
- Payment failure
- Suspected fraudulent transaction
- Invalid delivery information
- Non-serviceable delivery location
- Other legitimate fulfilment limitations
6. Payments
Available payment methods may include Cash on Delivery, UPI, Debit/Credit Cards, Net Banking, or other supported payment methods.
Note: Online payment options are currently in demo mode and are not represented as live until our real payment gateway has been activated.
7. Shipping
Orders are delivered to serviceable locations across India. Estimated delivery is generally 3–7 business days, subject to product availability, delivery location and logistics.
8. Cancellation
Eligible orders may be cancelled by the customer before shipment. Once an order reaches a non-cancellable fulfilment stage, cancellation may not be possible.
9. Return & Refund
Returns and refunds are governed by the QUICKNEX Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy.
10. Fraud and Misuse
QUICKNEX may restrict or suspend accounts reasonably suspected of fraudulent orders, payment fraud, repeated fake COD orders, abuse of returns/refunds, unauthorized access or misuse of the platform.
11. Intellectual Property
QUICKNEX branding, logo, original website content and proprietary materials must not be copied, redistributed or commercially exploited without written authorization.
12. Applicable Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the applicable laws of India.
